What this notice covers
This notice covers visits to kavaxtech.com and information submitted through the pilot-enquiry form. It does not govern information processed in a future customer or plant deployment, which would be covered by a separate written agreement and deployment-specific privacy and security terms.
Information you provide
When you request a pilot conversation, we collect your name, work email, company, role, description of the maintenance problem, optional current SAP or CMMS information and your consent to be contacted. Please do not submit confidential plant data, personal employee records or security-sensitive information.
Purpose
We use enquiry information to respond, understand potential pilot fit, plan a relevant conversation and maintain a record of the business relationship you requested. We do not use the free-text maintenance description for advertising analytics.
Retention
Enquiry records are retained while the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterward for business continuity and legal record-keeping. You may ask us to correct or delete your enquiry information, subject to records we must retain by law.
Service providers and processing
Our hosting, security and transactional-email providers process the information needed to operate the website, store an enquiry and notify the Kavax team. This may include the enquiry fields, request logs, browser information and network data. Their infrastructure may process information outside your country. We do not claim a specific data-residency location on this public website.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to an early-stage business website. No internet service is completely secure, so do not use this form for sensitive operational or safety-critical information.
