Co-founder & CEO

Prabhakar brings more than seven years across manufacturing operations, strategy and large-scale transformation. His experience includes shop-floor leadership, operational excellence, asset optimisation and digital-manufacturing programmes. He has worked on OEE improvement, root-cause analysis, Industry 4.0 roadmaps and turning operational opportunities into executable programmes. At Kavax, he leads product direction, maintenance-workflow design, customer discovery and go-to-market—grounding the product in how plant teams actually make and execute maintenance decisions.

Padmaksh Gund

Co-founder & CTO

Padmaksh is an AI engineer with more than five years across generative AI, conversational systems, retrieval-augmented generation, deep learning and computer vision. He has built retrieval-based assistants, multi-turn agent workflows and optimised real-time models, alongside manufacturing-oriented vision applications. His work connects model development with production engineering and evaluation. At Kavax, he owns the technical architecture and leads the AI systems that connect equipment evidence with real maintenance work.

Nikita Chavan

Software Development Engineer

Nikita is a software engineer with experience developing and supporting high-availability enterprise systems. Her background includes backend engineering, Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Unix/Linux, batch processing, query tuning, production monitoring and root-cause analysis. She has worked across full-lifecycle development and critical production support, resolving integration issues while protecting data integrity. At Kavax, she supports the transactional backend, APIs, databases and platform reliability required for dependable maintenance workflows.

Murlidhar brings manufacturing operations and transformation experience across productivity, cost, new-product and digital-factory programmes. His work has included OEE improvement, Total Productive Maintenance, IIoT adoption, predictive-maintenance initiatives and leadership of supervisors and technicians. He advises Kavax on plant workflows, maintenance realities, operational discipline and the adoption of new technology in manufacturing.
